SHIPPING & RETURN
We care for our products. Therefore, we find it very important that these will be delivered to you in perfect condition. We have selected various carriers to ensure a fast and proper delivery of your order for your country.
In principle, we offer your order to the carrier within 24 hours. After the carrier receives it, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. Via this link you can track and trace your order.

The moment you order, you will see on the product page of the product if the product is in stock.
In The Netherlands
We do not charge any shipping costs for orders above 50 euros
Outside The Netherlands
Shipping costs* will become visible during the ordering process.
* Gift cards or discount coupons are not exchangeable for shipping costs.
What if the package you receive is damaged?
Trashious has selected her carriers with the utmost care. In case a package is damaged upon arrival, please ask the deliverer to make a note. In addition, please report this to us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Not satisfied with your purchase?
You will have 14 days to return your product(s).
If you wish to return (part of) your order, please take the following steps:
1. You can only return products that have been bought in our webshop (www.mytrashious.com)
2. Products from the SALE or products whereby the original packaging is missing cannot be returned unfortunately
3. If applicable, also extra’s that were delivered with the products need to be returned
4. Make sure you pack everything properly, so that the products (and extra’s) won’t get damaged during transportation
5. The products (and extra’s) need to be unused and in its original packaging returned to:
6. Please enclose with the products the purchase confirmation, the invoice or the packing list. We would very much appreciate if you could also write the reason for returning on it.
7. The costs and responsibility for the return shipment are for your acount. We advise you to send the package with a track and trace. We are not responsible for lost packages.
8. When you returned the complete order, we will refund the full amount incl. the original delivery costs (not the shipping costs for returning the order) to your bank account. When you returned part of the order, we will only refund the amount for the products that have been returned to us. The refund will be done within 5 working days after we received your return.
